Three years ago, I decided to turn my dream into reality. I started out in a temporary space in Haarlem, and now we’re growing the finest exotic gourmet mushrooms here in the beautiful “Tuinen van West” — together with a vibrant community of volunteers, mushroom lovers, and chefs. We supply the finest mushrooms to restaurants, shops, and home cooks. And we create amazing products from them.
